The easy hike to Landscape Arch becomes a more difficult scramble as hikers continue up the steep sandstone fins and narrow ledges that characterize this difficult 4.1-mile out-and-back (or Primitive Loop) trail. The reward is a sight unusual even in this geologically rich park: two rock arches stacked, both framing spectacular desert scenery.
