Tiny Fannette Island is the only island located in the breathtakingly blue waters of Lake Tahoe. In addition to enjoying scenic fjord-like views, summer visitors are invited to tour Vikingsholm, a Scandinavia-inspired castle built by a wealthy heiress during the early 20th century. Other recreational offerings include hiking to Eagle Falls, boat camping, scuba diving and paddling the bay.
